I agree with the ""Lost in Space"" review. Months of no follow-through, while the warranty slowly elapses. Also, weak technical knowledge: Gregory couldn't understand the machine's display, wanted to replace the wrong part (LG explained what needed to be replaced), and failed to schedule an appointment to replace the right part. If you need a repair done correctly, and within a year or so, don't waste your time going to Mars.
