I love this place. Granted, I was born in New York and the closest I've been to ""real Texas BBQ"" was a 30 minute layover in Dallas, but that does not detract from the gastronomical decadence I experience at Blue Smoke. The atmosphere is fun, the food is so tasty, and the Jazz downstairs can be pretty good, too, sometimes. Great place for friends and the more relaxed clients alike. All the meats are about to fall off their bones, the sandwiches are dripping good, the hush puppies are... interesting, and BBQ chips with blue cheese dip? So good.
