Would rate this experience 0 stars if possible. Purchased a new Sony Laptop (value over $2800.00) during an unexpected flight layover in NYC on our way to Italy. The sales person was extremely well informed and very low pressure. Told the cashier at checkout not to ship for 12 days as we would be out of the country. Arriving home, we found our laptop awaiting delivery by UPS. The shipped product failed to work properly. After 3 days on the phone with Sony, they wanted the laptop sent back for repair. We contacted Datavision for a refund or replacement. We were very rudely told ""NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES AFTER 14 DAYS"". They started counting the days from date of purchase not even shipping! Contacted customer service and were told ""we should have read the return policy before we signed the receipt. Do you think we put the NO Refund policy on for looks"". Have contacted American Express and they have suspended the charge pending investigation. PLEASE avoid this store like the plague!!! Pros: Good Location Cons: BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE-THE WORST EVER!!!!!! more
