My family has been customers of Das meyer bakery for several years! we have always been completely satisfied in the past with all of the cakes we've ordered and purchased. \r
This month (June 2007) we ordered 3 cakes 2 of which we nothing like we ordered. When we contacted the owners of the bakery they were very argumentative and very defensive. I tried to let them know that I was NOT A SATISFIED CUSTOMER and was very unhappy, we were told that they did all they could and were not going to do anything to compensate us for the cakes we purchased and "" It was up to me if I wanted to walk away from them and they wished me a good day!"" Showing no regard for my being a loyal customer for so many years!\r
The two cakes that we picked up were NOTHING like what we ordered! \r
Basically what I would like to let everyone know about this bakery is that...""WE"" as the customers are not valued!!! No matter what ""WE"" the customer asked for is NOT right in this company?s eye. My family will no longer be ordering any of your cakes from this family owned and operated bakery. We are very sad that this was the out come and overall we are very disappointed with the way we were treated by the owners of Das Meyer when we tried to express our concern regarding our order. \r
Please know that Das Meyer's cakes are wonderful...but you will not be treated as a valued customer if you have an issue with their service. To Das Meyer..."" The customer is never right!!! They are!!!!""\r
