As others have experienced, the food is good but the service needs improvements. If you happen to know the waiter/waitress (if you go there often enough), he/she MIGHT be nice to you. There's one old Chinese-man waiter that's nice but he's only nice to HIS customers. It seems tips are not shared...The food? it's good but expect typical Chinese/Hong Kong style restaurant, take the good with the bad...If you've been to Hong Kong, you know that I mean, the food may be good but the restaurant's cleanliness is questionable. One other thing, expect to go home and take a shower after you eat there, the restaurant?s ventilation is not up-to-par with typical restaurants, you will definitely smell like Chinese food once you leave. I give it 4-stars because the food is good but the overall experience is more like 3-stars
