Fresh, quality ingredients properly prepared. Delivery orders over $20, they include free pork buns. I try to get to Red Jade at least twice per month. Plus we order another 3-4 times per month. The food is always great. This is one of the best in town. One of my favorites is the Beef Filet with Black Peppercorn Sauce. Wor Wonton Soup is to die for for. Two words. Crab Rangoon. Must try. These guys are good.
Pros: Fresh, Homemade, Friendly, Thoughtfully prepared.
Cons: Sometimes food comes out one dish at a time. Dining casually family style, this is not a problem.
