I wrote a review about two months ago exclaiming over the quality of the haircut I got from Eugene and the color work Janet Rufin did, but complaining about sticker shock and the time it took to get this wonderful look done. I didn't know much about salons in New York at the time, and really mistook the professionalism and perfectionism of Janet's staff for coolness. I was wrong, and want to say so. I haven't had so beautiful a cut or color since. You really do get what you pay for at this excellent salon. \r

So, I apologize for my earlier review. It was an ignorant thing to do. Janet and Eugene are superlative and care deeply about the work that they do. I wish them well and hope they'll welcome me back sometime.
