First of all, I must say that I am insanely picky about my hair. After being dissatisfied with the results of many of the hyped salons in this city, I decided to give Janet Rufin?s Parlor a shot. I ended up getting my hair colored by Janet and cut by Eugene, and it was the best salon experience I?ve ever had. What truly set this experience apart from all others is that Janet and Eugene each took so much time to listen to what I wanted done with my hair, and provide suggestions about the look I was going for. I have NEVER been to a salon that took so much time for the consultation, so this was a wonderfully unique experience. I ended up getting the best hair cut I?ve possibly ever had, and received numerous compliments about my hair and questions asking which salon I go to. Bottom line: I highly recommend Janet Rufin?s Parlor if you?re tired of the same ol? rushed, unsatisfactory service that the majority of salons provide. Word!
