I went to the restaurant before the fire and again after the fire and hoped for a more fulfilling experience because this concept is needed on the West Side. Every aspect of this restaurant was so, so. Nothing was good except the seating...because we got there early. The drinks were underpoured; the order was wrong, the food when served had no flare. Nothing went easy because the staff was undertrained, too young, no understanding of the menu, had to ask others to answer even the most benign questions about menu items. Overall a frustrating experience again. If you guys read these things please ask your customers what could be better to improve the experience.
