Just OK 2/14/2008

So So, average, nothing special...... take your pick, we didn't find anything at all in this establishment that would coax us to come back. Service was on the slow side, drinks were under poured, food lacked both taste and flare. Just OK at best. more

All around GOOD 11/14/2007

Reviews posted on 6/17/2007 and 9/05/2007 referring to T'BEAUX appear to have an axe to grind. I and my wife have been regulars there for quite a long time. I have never experienced the situations described. The Thursday evening entertainment is some of the best and also the every other Saturday band has been great. The Creole Shrimp is excellent tne Filet Mignon is perfect. My wife loves the fried cacamarl. As for the service I have no complaints. For those who want it fast may I suggest McDonald. more

Service was horrible; Food was cold. 9/5/2007

This place is just around the corner from our home. We were excited when it arrived, we wouldn't have to drive so far to a competitors location.\r Unfortunately, that's where the nice thoughts ended. We were seated and waited for 15 minutes to order. Once we ordered, we waited another 45 minutes for the Appetizer, which was cold. \r When we complained to the waiter, he told us it wasn't his fault the kitchen was slow. That's when we asked for the bill and told the waiter to cancel our orders for the main course. From that point, the waiter was insolent and unfriendly. We ended up paying around $16 for fried green tomatoes, soft drinks & bad attitude. \r When we left, the hostess asked how our dinner was and we were honest. Rather than getting the manager or apologizing, she just said ""Oh"".\r I don't recommend this place. I'm fairly tolerant of bad places to eat and bad service, but this one does top the list of places I won't eat at again.\r Pros: I can't think of one Cons: Service, Food, Attitude more

so, so, yawn. 6/17/2007

I went to the restaurant before the fire and again after the fire and hoped for a more fulfilling experience because this concept is needed on the West Side. Every aspect of this restaurant was so, so. Nothing was good except the seating...because we got there early. The drinks were underpoured; the order was wrong, the food when served had no flare. Nothing went easy because the staff was undertrained, too young, no understanding of the menu, had to ask others to answer even the most benign questions about menu items. Overall a frustrating experience again. If you guys read these things please ask your customers what could be better to improve the experience. more
