First time writing a review for anything...that's how great I think the group at Hal Martin's is! Barbara and Tarang could not have been more helpful and responsive. While I was traveling out of the country Barbara ordered a watch band for me after we traded e:mails. When I went in to pick it up, the finish on it didn't match my watch (Zeno). Zeno didn't make the band in the finish I wanted...so Barbara and Tarang had the band refinished to match my watch! It is pure ""bling"". I get a lot of compliments on this custom combination. I would also like to mention that I saw this type of service given to each of the customers in the store during my visit. If you are looking for service...look no further...go to Hal Martin's!
