I bought two tires on Thursday morning, drove over to UH and came home, Next day one tire was flat and the other was low. I took the car right over to them and they told me it would cost $19.95 just to look at them, because I hadn't bought the extended road hazard warranty. When I asked them if that meant they could just sell me defective tires they replied that I should have bought the warranty. They had checked the tires when they put them on and that it was a road hazard. The person who sold me the tires and to whom I talked to the next day was a manager.
