I recently visited the Bongo Bar atop the Moshulu for a celebratory affair and was completely disappointed. What a shame. The Moshulu is recomended by most of the tourist literature and is a Philadelphia icon, but is unworthy of it's status. I am a local and wanted to enjoy the early evening on the boat with some fruity cocktails and easy relaxation. I could not enjoy it at all because:
