From the service to the ambience, nothing seems to be right at Satay. There seems to be no exhaust system in the restaurant and whenever something spicy is cooking in the open kitchen, you will smell it, cough it, and wear it (as it seeps into your clothing) for the rest of the day. The air conditioner doesn't work either. In addition, service is poor, sloppy and unhelpful at best, some people might use the word rude. Most importantly, they got my order wrong and didn't even think that was an issue to address. Every time the train goes by, your conversation will be drowned out by el noise. Avoid this place!! It is awful and more expensive to similar places with better service! Like another reviewer said, how does this place stay open?

Cons: Rude wait staff, they bring out dishes different than what you ordered, your potstickers will still be frozen when they get to the table!
