We decided to try the ""Telephone Call Managment Service"" as an alternative to traditional ""Live Operator Service"". After 24 years of using Live Operator services I was a little apprehensive as to moving to a technology based system. I had heard that Hello Phoenix was leading the way with Virtual Services so I thought I would give it a try.
Pros: World Class Customer Service.
Cons: Nothing....I wish I would have tried this service sooner.
