They seem personable and reasonable but they have crooked repairmen and the problem is that the owner sides with the repairmen. I wouldn't be surprised to see them on a wanted poster at the Post Office. They had installed a $300 toilet, one year later they charged $300 to fix it with a part that I found out was still under warranty and I could have gotten for free. They charged over $100 for the free part and $200 labor for something I was able to install in 5 minutes. We refer to them as Polecat Plumbing from now on.
