Hide Sushi is wonderful! My boyfriend and I wandered into this restaurant about a month ago. We were pleasantly surprised by the freshness of the sashimi and sushi and the thickness of the cuts (not paper-thin, but not too thick). I highly recommend the hirame (halibut), hamachi (yellow tail tuna), and sake (salmon). All were fresh, buttery, and tender (not mushy). We also ordered tempura which was just OK (I must admit I'm extremely picky with my tempura because my grandmother makes THE best tempura in the world!). Overall, i would highly recommend this restaurant. In fact, I've been back twice since then, and it was the same great experience. \r

Some tips: Get there before 7PM, or you may have to wait over an hour for a table (this place is no secret!). Also, there is street parking only, which is a nightmare! Take the bus or a taxi if you live close by. If not, be prepared to parallel park!
Pros: Fresh, extremely tasty sushi.
Cons: Street parking is a nightmare!! Long wait for table
