Now this is the kind of ""gym"" I like. Good assortment of machines, clean, quiet, affordable, no posers. I can drop by any time I like. I have not been there in the middle of the night so can't speak to how safe it would be, but it is a residential/business neighborhood. No classes, no pool, no towel service- but this all keeps the cost down. If you bought a treadmill on credit you'd probably pay more a month than you do here. I use some of the cardio machines, and use the showers when I cycle into work. I don't use the weights but looks like a good assortment. \r

There are at least a half dozen of each: treadmill, elliptical trainier, two kinds of bikes. Locker rooms are small, two showers and half height day-use lockers. There are several TVs tuned to various stations. Each cardio machine has a ""sound system"" that you can plug your headphones into and tune into what's on TV or a music channel. I've never seen it very crowded, I've never had to wait for a certain type of machine. \r

Personal trainers are available for an additional fee. So far I haven't been pressured to add on this service, and I hope it stays that way. Management is friendly and helpful.
Pros: Affordable, flexible, uncrowded
Cons: No frills
