My family and I have been dining at Sinh Sinh for years now. Some of the usual dishes we order are: stir fried beef tips (bo luc lac), salt toasted squid, pan fried noodles (#24 or #25 on the menu), and crispy noodles with seafood. The walnut shrimp and salt toasted soft shell crab are also very good. The service isn't all that great and it's not so cheap for Chinese food. The consistently good food is what keeps us coming back.
Pros: good food
Cons: noisy
