I will have to echo what the last reviewer said about the service. I feel forced to go here as it is one of the few bagel shops north of the ship canal, and the bagels are fairly good. The service however, is not. If you go here when there are a just a few people in front of you, you will wait for what seems like an eternity for your order. At times, I have waited 20, 25, and 30 minutes for a cold-cut bagel sandwich when the wait did not seem to warrant that much time. There just seems to be an air of pandemonium behind the counter at times. I will also say that consistency is the sandwiches could use improvement as well. How the same sandwich is made really depends on who is making it. Also, if a place is going to offer soda pop, then have the supplies on-hand to make sure it is stocked. Overall, the bagels are really good, there's nothing better than a buttered bialy or a roast beef sandwich to tide me over, the bagels are made fresh throughout the day, and the ingredients are fresh and tasty. But getting to that point can be a difficult experience. I will return when I am not in a hurry.
