Crema Coffee easily has the best coffee and espresso drinks in Cary, and is on par with the very best in the Triangle. The owners are very friendly, are excellent baristas and also roast their beans on site -- so the beans are always fresh roasted and the place smells fantastic! There is also lots of comfortable seating, a small outdoor patio and free wifi. Worth the drive.
