I am truly sceptical of places that advertise heavily so I was pretty cynical on my first visit to a Les Schwab to possibly buy tires. They earned the chance at my business when they repaired a flat tire for free in the middle of nowhere Oregon last summer - turns out it's a company policy no matter where you bought your tires. I was price shopping and was not surprised when they recommended their most expensive tires for my Subaru AWD wagon. At that time, they came with a no questions asked 30 day guarantee if I didn't like them - for any reason! Salesperson knew her product and claimed they had yet to ever have a set returned at their store under the return policy. We were leaving for Wyoming in a few days with 2 kayaks on the roof and 2 weeks of camping gear in the back so I figured what better way to test them out - loved them! I figure I've worn out a lot of tires in my 3 decades of driving and these really are great tires, road or snow and I wouldn't have even thought about buying them without the company's standing behind their product. The service was great, they were really busy that morning but I was still in and out in 45 minutes. Highly recommended.
Cons: can get really busy, call ahead to check the wait time
