The paperwork cannot be completed in advance and every little thing will require an extra charge. This place skimps on everything they can even feeding only once a day. I booked 2 weeks in advance during the off season and grooming wasn?t available that entire week. I did pay for extra play time but even that is only 5 min a day. All in all, I would rather drive all the way out to the West side to board my dog instead of going to this place 1 mile away
