I have been a regular of Dervish for a number of years.One thing that i noticed,besides the tasty food about the restaurant was its cleaniness. I even had a chance of meeting the owner and he told me that they leave the kitchen door open on purpose, proudly to show customers how clean their kitchen is at all times.So your review contradicts my observations and does not realy sink in as a fair or honest review.I don't think that insects wichever kind they maybe(since you did not specify) would be easily flying or crowling around in the middle of operations hours.
