Service is average at best- waitstaff is not very knowledgeable. Doesn't come close to competeing with other great Philadelphia restaurants. Although drinks on the deck in the summer are nice, for the money you spend I would recommend dining elsewhere.
Pros: nice ambience- good views
Cons: service consistantly below average- prices high and food only average
