I had always wondered about Jopa after driving past on my commute for the past five years, and finally stopped in on the way home--what a gem! I feel like i am in on one of Portland's best kept secrets. There is something for everyone on their menu--amazing thin-crust pizzas, perfectly done pastas (try the porcini mushroom ravioli--add grilled veggies!) and seafood an meat dishes that rival any pauncy place downtown. It really is a place you can go on a budget or to splurge--on a tuesday you can eat cheap for 7 bucks, while on a friday you can splurge on Diver Scallops or a buttery seared Halibut. Great lunch specials as well, and they bend over backwards for our kids. No complaints.
