I found this Alteration place as I was driving by and assumed it was a good place because it waslocated in Santa Monica but I was wrong! I went in and asked if he would be able to put a new strap on my bag which is an all black, BEBE bag, and the strap was all black. he said he would have to go to find a strap and it would be ready the next friday.
Cons: BIG RIP OFF
