I would highly recommend G & M. Such nice people and certainly know what they are doing. Reasonable prices and a great location. Very friendly and accommodating. They certainly know what alterations need to be done to flatter one's figure. I wouldn't go anywhere else! more

Wouldn't goto any where else but G & M Tailor! 4/17/2010

I must agree with Rick this is the best tailor shop I have ever gone to. The Owner was such a nice lady and made my daughter's wedding dress which was so gorgeous, My daughter Jenny almost cried. I've been coming to G&M for many years and so do most of my friends and family. I call the 1st review is complete Bull crap If it was a lady why was it by DavidLee2 which is a guys name and if you click on reviews they are all 1 star negative saying it was the worst thing ever. I think Rick is right by saying this person must have been extremely rude or has issues. As for myself I love the little shop and have nothing but high satisfaction. The Best Custom Tailor Spot in LA 4/17/2010

I Don't know what the other Lady experienced but she must have been very rude. I have experienced nothing but excellent friendly and wonderful service. I had to have a designer Dress done for the Oscars which would have cost well over 6 thousand dollars for my wife. It was a very satisfying to know we went to the right place and got what we wanted for fractions of the cost. I would recommend G & M Tailors out of all around in LA. Thank you Monika for making us feel number 1 and making the best looking dress for my wife.... Pros: They can make any designer Dress or Suit. Cons: Wish they had more Locations and friendly people in LA more

THE WORSE TAILOR I EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH, RUDE NASTY & RIP OFF 4/4/2007

I found this Alteration place as I was driving by and assumed it was a good place because it waslocated in Santa Monica but I was wrong! I went in and asked if he would be able to put a new strap on my bag which is an all black, BEBE bag, and the strap was all black. he said he would have to go to find a strap and it would be ready the next friday. Cons: BIG RIP OFF more
