I'll be brief. They brought the wrong appetizer, soda was flat, and there was an insect my pho! The worst was when I told them about the insect, they acted as if it was no big deal. I never thought I would have any bad words about a Pho Van restaurant, but this was one of the most disappointing restaurant experiences I have ever experienced.
