Horizon Pet Supply has the best food, customer service and they have exchanged my cat food 3 times (he is picky). i will never shop anywhere else again. They have ordered me very hard to find products. i cannot believe or agree with the other review... they are just not like that. HOrizon pet supply may just be one of the last TRUE mom and pop stores.
