One of my girlfriends and I wanted to have a night of catching up, so we figured we would go for sushi. At first she had suggested Budakhan, but after checking out the menu I realized they really didnt have sushi. I logged onto Citysearch because I was in the mood for something other than Haru or Sushi Samba (both great restaurants but I was in the mood for something new). Sushi Twist popped up and all of the reviews were great. It was a Monday night and when we popped in the place was empty, but it was also a nice change to some of the noisier city restaurants. My friend had a lychee martini and I had white wine. We ordered a couple specialty rolls (the list is out of this world!) and couple regular rolls...like spicy tuna. The fish was very fresh and each roll had a unique flavor (and its affordable!). The staff was very helpful and the decor was really cute. The music was also great...I could def see how this would be a great place for a birthday or weekend dinner. I will definetly be coming back here again and again.
