Very Frustrating service. The technicians are great. However, their logistics/phone operator acts like a tin god. Refrigerator part was identified as malfunctioning, technician ordered part. However, their estimates were weeks off and when I called to complain... they cancelled the job. This is weeks in after I sent in the fix order when they decided to inform me of this. Thanks to their incompetence, I was left without a refrigerator for over a month. Highly suggest another company.
