I love this place, everytime I go I have a great experience. The entire staff is very helpfull and friendly and whenever my nerves get the best of me they do a great job of making me feel at ease before they poke me. I have been in three times to get my ears stretched and will most likely be back even though I said the last time would be the last....its a little bit addicting. Again I can't stress enough how great the staff is, very personable and friendly, they truely know how to make their customers happy and keep them coming back. Keep up the great work guys!!!
Pros: very helpful, very friendly, and even send you thank you cards!!!
Cons: if you don't have an appointment sometimes you wait a little bit
