What an all round great experience, from Quamin at the front desk to the shampoo girl Dana .- ( I had read about John Gerard in a magazine article which stated he worked at another salon. I called the salon they told me he no longer worked there. They would not tell me where he moved, in mid-sentence he told me where John Gerard now worked - the boss walked away from the desk lol.) - So I find my way to his new salon. John Gerard was just sweet as can be very down to earth and pleasant. We discussed my hair and he went right to work. We had a great conversation (very spiritual) not only did I look great , I was recharged from the inside out. I brought up the fact how I tracked John Gerard down because I am so glad I did. I am a very happy and pleased new client. Next time I go to the salon I will book a Facial with Anna, John Gerard introduced me to her and she knows her stuff.
