I have been to every high end salon in this city and have not been very impressed. I have a trendy job, I live and work in a trendy neigborhood Chelsea. Why can't I get a sleek haircut. I work on 19th st and pass this small salon on the ground floor of a brownstone,everyday on my way to work. I took a peek it was a cute space. I went on city search and researched, John Gerard had great reviews. So I did a little more research on line and he has a great reputation. I booked a appointment he was warm and friendly. We talked about my hair he put me at ease and gave me the the most beautiful cut and style. John Gerard suggested I talk to Loren about my color, after we talked I booked with Loren. I walked out with the best color I have had in years. I also booked a blowout with John Gerard amazing ( like I knew it would be) Just a all round great \r
experience.
