As a business, they have no concept of customer service! They treat you like dirt and beware - they charge you for certain maintenance requests - instead of passing the bill to the owner, they pass it to the tenant! They don't return phone calls, so you have to stay on them if you have an issue.....which mine have STILL not gotten resolved. We were hoping to live here for 2-3 years, but will probably move when our lease is up just so we won't have to deal with Recar & Associates.
Pros: None that I can think of
Cons: Customer service, unfriendly agents and staff, they lose paperwork, maintenance charges-even for renters
