Boma is not a bar, as the trendy clever title would indicate. It is also, however, not a club. If it was, it would be called Coma. Ironically, it should be called Coma because after my first and last trip to this terrible place, I wished that I was in a Coma. Real clubs in places like NYC, Vegas, South Beach and LA have incredibly polite staff, and Coma had just the opposite. The bouncer was downright rude to me and my entire party, numerous times. The scene was pathetic. VIP was way too crowded and getting a drink was impossible. This isn't how VIP worked in Vegas. The dress code was non existent...Saturday night and you'd have girls in black dresses looking hot (reason I gave it a 2) next to guys wearing anything from Suits to Allen Iverson jerserys and backwards baseball hats. SERIOUSLY! I hear that anywhere from $1 million to $4 million went into this place...HA! Someone should be put into a Coma over that! My guess is they put $200,000 into the "bar" and bought 3 $1,000,000 pieces of art. And I bet the art is awful, too. I will never return to Coma.
Pros: Some decent people
Cons: Lots of dirtbags, poor service, pricey
