Having worked in the building above Thai Basil for 5 years, it has become my go-to meal. It's not creative or innovative. It's not fine dining or elegant or atmospheric. But it is consistently good American-Thai food. I have never eaten in the restaurant, but the staff with whom I order & pick up from are always polite and VERY fast. I don't usually wait more than 10 minutes from calling an order in to pick it up. \r
The dishes I've enjoyed most are: Spring Rolls; Fresh Basil Rolls; Chicken Satay; any of the soups or salads; Pad Thai; Yellow, Red or Green Curry. It's fairly inexpensive for this street and filling. They have excellent (& cheap) lunch specials for those who work in the area. I recommend it for those looking for a tasty & casual meal. In fact, I think I'll bring home some tonight for dinner!
