That is the most important factor to me in a trainer-- they need to be able to motivate me, and if they can make jokes while doing it, that is a plus! I train with Chris at an ungodly hour in the morning-- and I am not a morning person, yet I am still motivated to get up and into the gym with him for our sessions. I like the gym he trains at because everyone in there is serious about working out, and sometimes we work outside which is great, too. Chris' routines are always changing, so I'm never bored, and I feel like I am getting a great work out.
