The food may be decent, the decor may be cute, but I have never encountered such poor and disinterested service anywhere in New York. No need to bore people with the long diatribe, but let's just say that mistakes were made and no one seemed to care. Both the manager and the owner were too busy to talk to me (but I could wait 20 minutes for them, if I so pleased). Mistakes are acceptable, don't get me wrong -- but when they're made, at least try to make up for them (and I'm not just talking one mistake). Seriously, it's not worth it.
