I came in with a coupon for a $30 haircut. Upon seeing the coupon they immediately started treating me differently than the other customers. The shampoo girl basically just poured shampoo on my head and washed it out, not even bothering to rub it in. And the hair stylist cut my hair so quickly and carelessly that the cut took five minutes and I ended up covered in hair, while the whole time he was bragging about how good he is and pressuring me to get my color done. The cut looks fine but I felt really disappointed with the lack of hospitality. The place has gotten great reviews so I'm sure if you're a regular customer they treat you wonderfully and maybe they do a fantastic coloring job. But don't go in with a coupon and expect stellar service.
