We have been using Brian for the past 4 years for various sports at Riverside High School. We usually have the head coach or senior captain schedule the team for 2-3x week for sports like soccer, lacrosse, basketball, volleyball, and football. Brian has different stations set up for them based on the sport and objective for the training session. We are competitive almost every year because our athletes are ready for action when they start! Brian is an excellent resource for other club and school teams looking to get the most out of their athletes!
