I resided at The Landings for 3 years, and while my family was fortunate enough to move into a completely remodeled apartment and I didn't have to worry much about repairs, the management office was unprofessional, had terrible bookkeeping, and if you ever put in a work order you could expect to have to resubmit, and wait for weeks on end. This afterall is the complex that owed so much money to the water department that they had to cut the water off to the whole complex and leave the residence without water. Avoid this place, your not missing a thing.
