I can't believe I never knew they existed! Changes is amazing! I get my hair, nails, waxing and massages there and I have never been happier! The staff is great and always in a good mood when I arrive, never any drama. They wear great uniforms and are not allowed to carry their cell phones so you don't feel like they aren't paying attention to you. Not one person takes a call while they are with me, which I have never had happen before. I really felt special. They have the cutest boutique that I love to look through when I go. All of the gifts that I have ever bought there have always been a big success and they have great prices and amazing sales! I have made several friends there..it is just that kind of place. I refer anyone I meet to them!
Pros: Always a good time
Cons: They are a little crowded while they are building their new location, but make it work just fine! VERY ORGANIZED
