I went there and he immediately suggested ZOOM whitening...I told him I didn't want ZOOM whitening that I just wanted to fix a chip in my front tooth....he told me I needed a cleaning and said I would schedule for that...I paid for this visit...when I came back in a few weeks for my cleaning...he billed me for another office exam visit...I told the office girl I was already billed for the exam...she said they always bill for an exam when you have a cleaning...isn't this double billing my insurance??....he wrote me a letter stating he "couldn't meet my dental goals!".and refused to see me anymore.....I don't think I could meet his financial goals...very strange.
