Great Office 10/25/2010

Met Dr. DiPiero for the first time; she, like Dr. Murphy was very attentive, courteous and professional, continuing the tradition of exceptional service at the office. Tell Margie she does a fabulous job every time and I enjoy seeing her each visit. Laura too, you're always so sweet! Everyone I've encountered there over the past 12 years has been great! Thank you everyone for redefining the perception of dentistry and for leading the field. Hats off to you Dr. Murphy, for creating and continuing such a wonderful practice. You are a true master of your craft. more

Great Staff! 10/18/2010

Margorie is wonderful. She took time to talk to me about my daughter's first tooth and gave me advice on how to care for her new tooth. Dr. D was wonderful as well. She is so friendly and makes me feel so comfortable. I love the whole staff! You guys are great! \r Sharon A. more

Many of my colleagues and I deserve "really good" reviews. Dentistry, for the most part in N.E. Ohio, is some of the best you will find in the U.S. and, of course, in the world. However, it seems that the disgruntled client is the one that writes the review. The two exams in question were for different things and were four months apart. WE WOULD NOT BILL A PATIENT DOUBLE FOR ANY EXAM OR PROCEDURE! I would not have been practicing in this area for over 30 years with an excellent reputation with the general dentists and the specialists, if I did things that way. refused.. 11/8/2007

I went there and he immediately suggested ZOOM whitening...I told him I didn't want ZOOM whitening that I just wanted to fix a chip in my front tooth....he told me I needed a cleaning and said I would schedule for that...I paid for this visit...when I came back in a few weeks for my cleaning...he billed me for another office exam visit...I told the office girl I was already billed for the exam...she said they always bill for an exam when you have a cleaning...isn't this double billing my insurance??....he wrote me a letter stating he "couldn't meet my dental goals!".and refused to see me anymore.....I don't think I could meet his financial goals...very strange. more
