I recently took my 2002 Ford Mustang in for service at Capitol Expressway Ford. The ?Service Engine Soon? light had turned on. The moment I stepped out of my car at the Service Area I was greeted and introduced to my Service Advisor Declan. Declan told me what most likely caused the light to go on and he was right on seeing my car has been running great and has always been serviced on time. Declan continued to handle the processing of the paperwork with my extended warranty & Enterprise Rent-A-Car. He called me in a very timely manner and let me know the status of my car, the estimate, and when the work would be completed. In just a matter of hours he called me back stating the car was ready. All the paperwork was processed with the warranty & Enterprise. My bill was $25.00. In the short time Capitol Ford had my car when I would call and leave messages for Declan he returned them in a very timely manner. I was also introduced to Jarred Jones, Customer Relations Director. more
