In June 2007, I make an appointment with Lasting control weight loss. I had a lengthy talk with the owner about her system. I explained to her that August was a emotionally bad month for me because of the anniversary of my son death and other medical issues I was having. She told me that the B12/B6 shots would help support my system and even help with the depression. I repeatedly said I was not sure about doing this diet. She said since I was not sure and that the special price was ending I could go ahead and pay and if I decided not to she would refund all my money but 1 (one) month. I tried the B12/B6 shots it would help with my energy. I found it difficult to get to the office for the shots, so she said she would just give me the shots to take home. I tried this and found that I was becoming more and more bruised.\r
After three weeks of this I didn't feel my energy level had increased and the depression was getting heavier so I wanted to stop and get a refund. I have made 10 to 12 repeatedly calls and left repeated messages which she doesn't return. I have been to 2 (two) different offices and she has told me she will send me a refund check on such and such a date and then doesn't and doesn't return the following phone call. She has even said ""your the one who keeps calling.\r

The last time I called her employee told me she was still considering whether on not she would refund my money.
