Wagner's Village Inn has the best fried chicken I have ever eaten. You get crispy, peppery, and plentiful chicken for an amazingly reasonable price. The slaw and the sauerkraut are also worthwhile but don't waste your space on the other, ordinary sides.
Pros: Fried chicken worth a journey
Cons: It can be hard getting a seat.
