My wife and I are new to the area and were fearful of falling into a touristy-type trap but liked the look of this place and wanted to give it a shot. We showed up at 8:30 on a Saturday night and were told we'd have an hour and a half wait- we debated but since we had nothing better to do we decided to tough it out and we are so happy we did. \r
\r
The wait was everything they said it would be but we passed the time trying their delicious martini cocktails (our faves were East Meets West and The Bloody Mary one). The sliders were quite tasty too though not AMAZING and to be honest, the lobster one wasn't anything special. That said, our waitress Katie was a pleasure and everyone seemed pretty cool once we got past the initial shock of an hour plus wait time- what else did we expect on a Saturday night in Back Bay though, right?\r
\r
The portions were reasonable, the prices about right for said portion sizes, and the variety of drinks and clever presentations of those drinks made this a place that we'll be coming back to fo sho. If they put a White Castle in the base of a Ritz Carlton this is what it would be like~
Pros: Various cleverly presented martinis
Cons: Finding an area to call our own for the hour + wait to get a table
